Which products will be discontinued?

The core functionality of the ThingsPro Edge Series will be transitioned to the AIG Series.
Instead of downloading the ThingsPro Edge Series as a software package for the UC Series, you can now select the AIG Series as the successor to apply it.

The following products will be discontinued. Also, see the models recommended to replace the soonto-be-discontinued models and when the replacement models will be available for order.

Impact on Customers:

• No further updates, enhancements, or new features will be developed for the ThingsPro Edge on the UC Series after the discontinuance date.
  Meanwhile, ongoing support will continue for ThingsPro Edge on the AIG Series.
• Moxa will continue to offer technical support and assistance for ThingsPro Edge Series on supported models and firmware versions until the end of 2024.

Please note that all service rules (e.g., support, bug fixing) will be terminated at the end of 2024.
